Ryan Backman was a pleasure to work with. He provided good advice during the consultation for replacing our oil furnace with a ducted heat pump system, quickly gave us a quote and answered questions, and got us scheduled within a reasonable time frame. He and his team worked effectively to get our oil tank pulled and old furnace removed, and the new heat pump installed all on the same day, and they returned on the second day to perform system fine tuning and noise reduction. They cleaned up and Ryan explained the new system at the right level. The system seems great. We are very happy so far, and would highly recommend Backman Heating & Cooling to anyone.
