Hired Nat for over 3 years while living outside of Nova Scotia. Amazing service, always respond right away and makes the process so easy for taxes. Cannot recommande him enough. Even help me when I decided to sell the property. If you are looking to rent your property, give him a call!

Nathaniel has been the best landlord I've ever rented from! He takes care of all his properties as if he owns them himself! He is organized, prompt, trustworthy, fair and has attention to detail! He also has a great team behind him.
He uses technology to his advantage to make communication and notification easy for anything that might need to be fixed or repaired and does so in a timely manner. Also a very convenient and simple platform to pay rent.
It's so refreshing to rent but feel like it's my own home! Especially in today's world!

I own a small multi in Halifax, which Nat helps me run. He’s been fantastic. I’m not always in NS, so reliable communication is key—Nat is very responsive and strikes a good balance between taking initiative and getting my thumbs up on decisions. He has a good stable of contractors, even in these challenging times. Tenants seem to like him and listen to him, which is essential. And every few months he reminds me about some of our long-term upgrade plans, which I find helpful. In short, because of Anchor, I don’t have to worry or think too much about keeping that investment healthy, and my tenants safe and happy. Two thumbs up.
