Lauren was very helpful. She answered all the questions I had about coverages so that I understood them. She gave me suggestions as to what I could do, but she didn't pressure me to buy the insurance coverage.

Honestly one of the best, if not the best customer service I have experienced. Incredibly helpful and quick to reply. Quickly answered all my questions as well as the processing of everything. Sherisse provided help above and beyond obtaining insurance through them. They gave us a great price which is now saving us a ton.
