I made a last minute appointment because I hurt my back and was having trouble sleeping. What I got was way more then I expected. The team who greeted me set me up right away with a drink in the waiting room. Then, when Alicia came to get me, the foot soak pre-massage was a surprising (and welcome) treat. The care Alicia gave was amazing and her treatment was fantastic. I even got an Indian head massage and that was so relaxing. And to end with a steam shower was an additional welcome surprise. I highly recommend booking with Alicia and Life SalonSpa Dartmouth.

Vicky is the best Hairstylist. She turned me to blond at the first visit. And it’s fantastic bright blond but still very natural. She is very professional. The whole experience at the salon is great. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. Hidden gem.

I cannot say enough good things!! Having Ali do your hair is like having your own celebrity hair stylist. He is so good at what he does. Plus, he and Peter are such nice guys! One appointment with Ali will have you walking out of the salon embodying Shania Twain's "Man, I feel like a woman!" Thank you for making me feel amazing!! ❤

Very nice spa. Had the facial, massage and Indian head message done. All relaxing and really nice, especially enjoyed the message and facial. Kind, accommodating and respectful workers.

The only thing I’d recommend is if you’re booking for more than one service or for more than one person, to book far in advance as there was a timing mix up but they accommodated us and we still had a great experience.

I normally go to Spirit Spa in Halifax because it's close to where I work. A girl my mother works with mentioned you guys so I figured I'd give it a try. I was super impressed! All your staff were so nice and attentive. I loved that you had lockers and I got to wear a robe. It felt like what a spa experience should be. I will be back for sure!
