Called on -11 day with frozen pipe. Leroy was very helpful on phone (turn off water, hot water tank, etc). They were booked so he warned it would be late in evening. He called to follow up on timeline and they showed earlier than originally expected (Yay!). Andrew worked hard in wet conditions to find and repair leaks, replace pipe, and was polite and professional. I felt relieved while Andrew was there; He was knowledgeable and committed to good service. They had advised me of rates, approximate time to fix, and approx material costs before work. Invoice seemed fair when work was done. Very greatful. Thanks
