I have been a customer of Richards Packaging since 2015. Their service is second to none. Always polite, receptive to my questions, have offered alternatives when I am not sure exactly what I want.

No one should expect a company who provides service to many companies should walk in off the road and be immediately accommodated. Courtesy begets courtesy.

Yes, (for the people this seems to bother) you do have to preorder, but that is the nature of this business, and I would hope everyone can/does respect that!

I have dealt with the folks at Richards for well over 7 years now and have always been treated well. They have on several occasions gone above and beyond to deal with my business. The guys there are knowledgeable and always friendly, making it a stop in the city I actually look forward to when I'm there.

Very helpful and professional staff, they always have what I need and go the extra mile. Have recommended them to friends who bottle and preserve. Have been buying from them for about 6 years now and will definitely be shopping there again!
