In the past 2 years with a pandemic I have found alternatives to going to stores. Work Authority.ca offers this service. Our Rep Edward Leblanc is FANTASTIC! His customer service is wonderful, he is knowledgeable about the products and customer needs. Edward actively listens to the customers concerns and picks the product to best match.

I had issues with the shoes I originally purchased. Thought they were a great fit; Sadly the materials wore out faster than expected. I contacted our Rep. Edward Leblanc. Edward was there an ready in Minuets to find a solution to the issue(literally he was here within the hour). It has been a wonderful experience dealing with him, and work authority.
