(December 20, 2022, 12:05 pm)I had a very good experience with Spade Geomatics. Steve was the surveyor who staked out our property. He was respectful of the neighbours and easy to talk to. The property hadn’t been surveyed in over thirty years and I only found 4 of the old marker during my first year here. Steve was able to locate all the old markers (over 12 in total) and replaced the rusted ones.
After flagging the property he took me around showing me where all the old markers were, and even put an extra flag down identifying the back corner of another piece of land we owned.
