Great customer service

I used Conrad Bros. Ltd on the recommendation of one of my contractors. I used them for supply and delivery of Gran-A crushed gravel and clear stone. I ordered over 15 loads of gravel, so I was expecting to get a cut in pricing, but apparently they don't consider that to be a "large" order. They told me I'd need to order 50-60 loads before I'd qualify for preferred pricing... seems excessive to me.

Also, they damaged my asphalt driveway and when I went into the scale house to explain what happened they assumed no liability and turned me away (and told me to read the back of my weigh tickets, where they state no liability... seems like a cop-out to me). I spent over $5500 on gravel with them and they can't afford to compensate me with a couple hundred dollars to do crack repairs on my driveway?... that's not good customer service IMHO... So, I would have given Conrad Bros. a 5-star rating, but they lose a star (at least) for poor customer relations.

Great Service
Called and delivered within 90 minutes even on an extremely wet day.
The driver was courteous and skilled in my opinion, given the conditions.

What awesome service , the sales person I spoke with was so helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery service was stellar, they said first thing in the morning and they delivered the gravel before 8:30 AM.

Reasonable prices and prompt delivery. They will dump the load exactly where you want it within an inch. Drivers very experienced and courteous..
