Staff greeted me upon entering the store! And one of them was with another customer! 10 out of 10 for that!! Then, the other staffer was quick to help me find what I was looking for and opened the box to allow me to examine the item to determine if it was going to work for my pet! 10 out of 10 for that! Most staff these days just show you the item and consider their job is done. Not here!!! She was very friendly and helpful! The item was reasonably priced. They have a very large selection of everything!!! If you're the kind of person who likes great customer service and it's your reason to shop somewhere? PetValu is where to go!! Love the dog wash station. Staff were kind and very sweet with our dog. Even gave us a little goodie bag for him to try.

Our pups are always spoiled when they come in with us, the self serve bath is great! Used it many times and love the convenience of it! Staff are always super friendly and helpful when we have questions too.

Kelsey is amazing with our dogs. If I say you going to get pretty they know they are seeing Kelsey. Get all excited to go, and now to spend time with Millie. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
