Edit: Well, after some calls, we were contacted by a manager and were explained they had a clerical error for our order. This is fair, however if unsure, a phone call would help.
We had our fuel delivered within an hour of speaking with the emergency driver, who was super helpful, and one of the managers. They apologized profusely and we will order from Aable again because of the prompt correction of a situation outside of our control.
They waived the 70$ emergency fee as well.
A learning experience for everyone involved
Original post: I ordered fuel from Aabel fuels before, had no issues. This time was a nightmare. A truck was coming on a day I didn’t order, luckily was calling to rebook and caught that.
I had an order online from during the week for today. Got no showed. Tried to call the office during business hours, said the office was closed. Called the emergency number at 16h00, said hey the office number isn't working and I didn’t get oil. Are you guys running late? “Could be “. Fair enough, wait till 18h00, nothing. Then was told it’s 70$ for the emergency service. Huh? I got no showed and now have the pleasure of 70$ more? No thanks.

I buy my fuel there it's always on time they have a few different pay options there too.
We've used them for a whole year and customer service has been great. We just switched to heat pumps and cancelled our auto delivery account but will definitely use them if, we ever need backup oil.
This review is different. It acknowledges and thanks the leadership and people of this company after a disputed experience. All relationships tend to encounter difficulty.
We had difficult moments early on, and yet I now appreciate them all the more for their willingness to work through issues and ultimately help me out of a serious situation.
Erica and Samantha are two people who are excellent representatives of this and any business. Their driver, Kyle, also was wonderful, helpful and instructive, teaching me about his business to help me in the future. (We are a new homeowner in a remote part of the province, and my inexperience of the situation that presents contributed to the relationship challenges.)
