I have a small home and rental business and have used Tim for a number of years and have never given him a review. Shame on me. From the first time I used him many years ago, I have had very good service from him and he always fixes my laptop etc immediately and very cost efficiently. He even fixes some problems remotely so I don't even have to go into his office. This past weekend, my laptop went into blue screen mode on Friday afternoon and he took it in at suppertime and worked on it all weekend and I got it back on Sunday. In my line of business people are looking for rentals on the weekends so to have him work all weekend to get me up and running was way more than I could have asked for. Tim, you are the best and always a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your many years of keeping me in business as without my technology I am at a loss. :)

Over the holiday weekend, my laptop decided to stop connecting to the internet. As a contractor working from home, I don't get paid if I'm not working and I don't have access to company IT services. I called Tim at 8:03 am after the holiday. I was able to bring my laptop to him right away and he had it up and running again that very morning while I waited. Affordable, convenient and friendly. I highly recommend.

This is the second time I have had Tim Collings of Colltech Computers work on my machines and, should I need computer support in the future, I will make it a third time, as well. Tim is professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He is very familiar with both desktop and laptop systems and has the 'right' tools and parts to fix my computer issues. The first job was to rescue the data from a desktop corrupted SSB drive, which he did brilliantly. The most recent work was replacing an 18" laptop screen that had cracked across its entire surface. I was fortunate to be able to acquire the correct part from overseas and Tim disassembled the laptop, removed the damaged part, replaced the unit, and tested the system all within an hour! His price was also fantastic. I expected a much larger bill, but the invoice was more than reasonable. Thank You, Tim!

Tim was awesome. Found him on google map and thought I’d try to get some computer parts from a local guy verse the box store I was about to go to. Asked a few questions and he gave me super great quotes. Bought right away and he left them out for me and had a chat at a distance.
