Needed a pickup from the airport - usually base my choice from Google reviews, but there weren't too many companies with either good reviews or a large number of reviews. I picked Nova because I could book online - they emailed confirmation, helped with time changes and also helped recover an item I'd left in the car.
Would definitely recommend.
