This location has the best staff. Tara was absolutely amazing. Friendly , knowledgeable and even stayed late to process my order. I wish all stores had staff like this one.

The staff seem generally very kind, helpful, non-judgemental, and informative. I went to get an eye exam and they happened to notice that my current glasses were bent out of shape, so they adjusted them for me (unprompted).

The doctor was thorough and gave some good tips in regards to avoiding eye strain and for general eye health.

Overall, I would most definitely recommend them if anyone is looking for an eye exam.

My 90-yr-old parents (both with dementia) didn't even buy their glasses at Vogue, but when they got broken, Vogue fixed them anyway and didn't even charge us anything! They seemed genuinely concerned about helping out someone in need, and were just super nice people. Needless to say, when Mom needed new glasses, we went there and they were very kind and patient with her. These folks not only know how to provide good best customer service but how to be really decent human beings, too
