Update: since my previous review, this business has reached out to me in order to make things right. I sincerely appreciate this kind of responsive outreach and commitment to customer service, which I find is lacking in many businesses today. So bottom line is, they have beautiful arrangements, and although I may have been frustrated with delivery, their efforts to do right by the customer have more than made up for it in my books.

Beautiful arrangements, maybe best in HRM, but delivery can be painful. My husband is away a lot, and has often ordered bouquets for me from this location. It is never a surprise as I normally get 3 or 4 frantic calls from their delivery service the day of wondering why I wasn’t answering my phone (I work! And I’m not able to take personal calls at my location).
Last straw was today when I had voicemails urging me to call them. So I called and was told the delivery person was already on his way to my house. When I told them I would be back in 45 min, I was told that likely wouldn’t work out and I should drop into the store to pick up the arrangement instead of going home. So 50 min later, I arrive at their store only to be told he was at my house!!! Then I was told if I wanted the flowers, I should wait at the store for him to get back. The flowers are beautiful, but I am frustrated.

I’ve lived in Sackville for 12 years which means countless mother’s days, weddings, proms and formal dances. The place to go is 4 Seasons. They are so funny, nice, knowledgeable and accommodating! By far the kindest people in customer service. I am planning my mother’s wedding and after a horrendous experience with Blossom Shops on Sackville drive, I immediately headed down to 4 Seasons and they took care of us so well!!
