Even if my adjuster (Stacey) doesn't pick up right away, she will get back to me normally within the day or within 24 hours. They will answer whatever questions I have in a pinch and will take the time to explain coverage for different products (car insurance, apartment insurance, etc.) Great service overall - don't really understand why there are so many poor reviews.
