(August 29, 2018, 4:51 pm)I had a excellent mani-pedi in the company of my family for pre-wedding pampering. All 7 of us enjoyed our experience. The staff were experienced and accommodating.
(June 19, 2018, 6:06 pm)This sounds strange as a 3/5 rating....because the staff and services are second to none.....however, for me, the ambiance and "feel" of a spa are equally as important. This new location on the Bedford highway is definitely NOT in keeping with the upscale service. Its an "OK" spot but the lounge feels dark and not in a relaxing way....it's just not the same "feel" as the previous location. In fact, its such a different feel that I've asked my husband to not get my annual spa gift card from Embrace anymore.
