Online inventories can be incorrect and it only showed a quantity of two in stock so I called in advance to ensure they were physically available in the store.The sales associate who answered the phone was very pleasant and very helpful to track down the physical parts in the store for me and put them aside for me to come pick up later. When I did pick them up later that day, a bike mechanic was able to answer further questions such that I was comfortable with my purchase.”
