(September 28, 2018, 11:08 pm)I biked out to the Halifax Backpackers Beach House from Halifax on the COLTA trail with a friend. We arrived at HBBH to find it warm, clean and cozy. Such a great location, and beautiful view!

(August 6, 2018, 10:42 pm)This beautiful, quiet spot was the perfect overnight spot while biking the trail between Halifax and Golden River. It's close to the beach and had great Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, and a welcoming common area.

(October 12, 2017, 2:33 am)We were able to get a room due to a last minute cancellation at the beach house. If you like being in a quiet area, but want to be able to drive into Halifax, then the beach house is a good option. We got to wake up to an incredible ocean view. The hostel was cozy and had a homey feel to it. The price was very reasonable, but the kitchen could use a little TLC. The bed was actually really comfy! The owner then gave us a list of places to visit for the day after :)
