  Just purchased my second Kingsdown mattress from this location - fantastic service both times! Elaine was my sales person the second time and didn't make me feel rushed at all. She was thorough and made sure we were happy with our purchase.

  UPDATE: I recieved a call with an apology about the issues I was having. I was then assured my mattress would be arriving the following Friday as well offered either a $100 refund or an upgraded mattress. Good on them for making it right, I've changed the rating from a 1 star to a 4 star.
  
  Interactions within the store were great, and pretty helpful although we knew exactly what we were going to buy. It wasn't in stock and the delivery would be in a week. When the delivery never happened, I was told it wouldn't fit on the truck so I'd have to wait another week... Or was it two? He wasn't entirely sure and nobody would have called to let me know. I called someone else only to find out that they don't even have the mattress I ordered. It'll take 2-4 weeks before they can get any in stock. Nobody at this company knows what the hell is going on.
  
  They have made good on their promise.
