Palace Royale - Clayton Park, Halifax Apartments

Changing my review. Building manager who did start two weeks ago, is great, and doing a lot more than 3 previous building managers all togethers... But office people, taking super long time to respond and to help with fixing staff. be ready, that office staff in Templeton Properties will hang up phone on you, if you will need something... They totally forgetting that they getting paid to deal with tenants.

I have been living here for the past 5 months and it has been the best experience I have had as a tenant for many years. The building manager is absolutely awesome. She is friendly and easy to get along with. The building is well kept and is always clean. Palace Royale is a great place to live.

I have been living in this building for the last past 6 years, I have never have an issue with the building managment. I have been recommending my friends to move in and they share my point of view that the manager on site is a great person! She responds in a timely manner to any concern, she has tenants at heart and always try to meet their needs to make their stay enjoyable and safe. She always finds ways to bring them together to socialize. She is so friendly be to children, young adults or elderly persons.She is the greatest building manager I have ever have!! The building is always clean and you can smell freshness as soon as you step in it!!!!

I currently live at Palace Royale and I couldn't be happier. I think the apartments are nice and spacious. They are constantly doing small renovations and upgrades to the building to keep it fresh and neat. I think the onsite building manager is fantastic. She is fast and efficient. Anytime I have ever had any problems, concerns or questions they have always been addressed asap. She is great to deal with and always has a smile on her face when she sees you. It makes you feel like you are in good hands and that she will always be happy to assist if necessary. Best renting experience I have ever had!!!!
