  If you own a SAAB this is where you get it fixed, the workshop owner is an actual ex-SAAB employee, so you know that your car is in good hands.

  I am an old school person and over years, I grew bitter with the way "modern life" is. With progress of technology many things became so much easier to do but trying to get someone to help you is a whole other story. My wife owned a 1999 Saab 9-5 some time ago. we bought it used, beside the fact that we knew nothing about Saabs. Over time Saab electronics started showing it's temperament. Next thing that happened in our life, was the best thing that can happen to any Saab owner - we met Christian. Beside his training and commitment, Christian has something that you will not find with many people providing service in this "modern times". He is always ready to hear you out, whether it's car related or not. If it's car related he can offer wide spectre of options, some of which won't cost you at all. You see, with Christian, it's not all about profit. Yes he runs a business, and he has people that rely on his income, but when it comes to customers, he is building relationships that go beyond dollar value.
  After Christian's shop has relocated from Ontario to Nova Scotia, we lost track. Our Saab has moved on, other cars came to our possession. Then one day my son decided to enter the realm of Throllhattan products, he bought a 2003 Saab 9-3. When his car started giving us problems, he dealt with shops here in Greater Toronto Area, but my first response was to look for Active Motors. After I found out that the shop is not somewhere where we could just tow to or drive to my son's Saab, I phoned. Christian answered. That's why I am writing this review.
  Christian provides lifetime support, even if he can't see the car. Or charge you for service.
  This review is not meant to increase number of phone calls to Christian for free advice. This is meant to show my appreciation and my gratitude for the luck that I had, to meet Christian.

  what a thoroughly nice man. Knowledgeable, polite and able to make a stressful moment easier to manage. thank you for helping me keep another saab up and running. Will not hesitate in recommending this man or these facilities. Thank you Christian.

  Incredibly knowledgeable about European cars. If you have any European cars, highly highly recommended. you can't go wrong.

  Excellent service - the attention to detail is amazing. Thank you Christian. They took wonderful care of my '72 Mustang & '84 Hurst Olds. Oakville's loss is Dartmouth's gain. Best of wishes on your relocation to the Halifax area.
