I had first met Dr. Ryan in February 2019. I had been having back pain from an injury for about 5 months that was starting to impact my workouts. I was a bit nervous going to a chiropractor as I had never gone to one before, but Dr. Ryan with his easy going and caring personality put me right at ease. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had and is very knowledgeable about what he does. He was great at explaining what he was going to do (especially when is came to manipulations where I was still a bit nervous about them). After just a couple treatments I've noticed a big difference in my back pain and am now able to get through my workout routine with less discomfort. I am an aging runner who had given up on the activity because of chronic knee pain. Dr. Liam did a thorough examination, diagnosed my problem and explained it to me clearly. Through a combination of treatments, prescribed exercises and a return to running program he designed I am happy to say that I am am back on the road for the first time in three years pain free.
