(February 24, 2019, 6:01 pm)Inviting and friendly atmosphere, for the entire family (including your fur babies), to be expected, but isn't always delivered. The staff here do an amazing job of producing that welcome atmosphere for everyone.
Excellent product knowledge and large selection for dogs and cats, one thing I would like to see a large selection of would be aquatic pets and aquariums.

(February 14, 2019, 1:31 pm)This is one of the best PetSmart locations in HRM for dog owners. The staff are great and my wife and I have always found the selection of products to be just a little bit better here. Dog owner approved.
(January 5, 2019, 11:52 am)I wandered in here on Black Friday (forgetting it was black Friday) for some cat litter. I noticed every person leaving the store had a cat tree in their hands so I decided to investigate. Sure enough a $130 cat tree down to $50 for black Friday. So I grabbed my cat litter, threw it in the car and ran back in for the cat tree. Voila, cats got a new tree for Christmas. Was very happy with this sale.
(November 15, 2018, 5:24 pm)Nice staff and decent enough selection. The other options in Dartmouth Crossing / Burnside have closed, so this big box retailer is all you've got in the area. Good selection of fish
