We found Tanya to be extremely helpful during our search for a condo that would suit our son's needs as a first time buyer. She was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We were so fortunate to have Tanya for a realtor. She made great suggestions and recommendations so we could sell our home and then she stuck with us for a year while we looked and looked and looked some more. She sent us listings of houses we might be interested in and we visited many in person. The time was well spent (well, Tanya may not agree) - we ended up with the perfect home. You would be hard pressed to find a realtor more dedicated to their clients.
