(September 25, 2019, 12:49 pm)I went to a head shoppe years ago and had a horrible experience and awful customer service always. I was in a bind one day and went to the mic mac location and received amazing customer service which made me a repeat customer. I also went to the one close to my house and received the most warm and genuine welcome. The ladies at the Cole Harbour road location are so wonderful. They even opened the store up for me when it was closed because I ran out of my shampoo! Incredible customer service !

(December 20, 2017, 9:15 pm)Love my new cut! The friendly staff were able to fit me in for a cut within 30 minutes and even in this busy season. Bridget was so personable and professional. Will be going back soon for sure!
