Very kind to talk to, friendly and professional. Great prices to. I would highly recommend Dr drone to anyone. I will without a doubt be a returning customer for some accessories for my mavic.
My purchase was strictly online and via phone and it went very well. The chat option on the website makes things easier for people who can't take private calls at work for example.
I am very glad I found Dr Drone online.

(July 4, 2018, 1:57 pm)Excellent customer service from The staff at Dr Drone! They will promptly deal with any questions you have and will never try and sell you something you do not need. The service department is also outstanding and I would never send in my DJI drone for repairs except to these guys even if I have to ship it across the country to them.

Within hours I had my packing slip and the service was not only by email but by phone directly to me. At every step I felt safe in knowing what was happening to get me back in the air. If you need your Drone repaired this is the place you need to go. Thanks again.
(April 23, 2018, 2:44 pm)Purchased a Spark from Dr Drone, fastest service and shipping I have EVER received (product arrived the next day, less than 24 hours). Excellent communication. Based on this positive experience, I had them repair my old Spark, and I was not disappointed. Staff were attentive, professional, repair was completed on time, and follow up was excellent. I feel like I have an ally in my new hobby.
