Peggy Jensen - Century 21 Trident Realty

TL;DR - My family and I moved back to Halifax in 2020 for a military relocation, and I can say without a doubt, Peggy is the best realtor we've every had the pleasure of working with.

Long version: for anyone who doesn't understand military relocations, timing is everything. We are given one week to fly to our posting location, find a new residence, register kids in school, find daycares, etc. Needless to say it's an incredibly busy week. Starting about a month ahead of time Peggy inundated us with houses on the market, comps, daycares, school reviews - basically whatever thing you needed anywhere in HRM, she sent it to us to prepare for our house hunting trip in November. We did our house hunting trip Remembrance Day week in 2019 and Peggy essentially made herself completely available to us during that time. In that week we had two firm offers fall through, both of which collapsed due to issues on the seller's end (wouldn't repair house and property size was not as advertised). The second house fell through two days before we had to fly home. Peggy spent countless hours at night working with us to find a place, which we ultimately did in Colby, despite the home actually not being on the market at the time. To say she went above and beyond would be the understatement of the year.

On top of being ultra-professional, Peggy treated us like family. We had our toddler with us on house hunting and she was constantly supplying him with toys for the showings, entertaining him when he got bored of looking at houses (frequently!) and was very accommodating to schedules (naps/bottles/etc)

There isn't enough room here to put all the positives in, so to sum up: if you want a highly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely wonderful realtor you'll go with Peggy. I guarantee that you'll never be disappointed, and you'll likely make a really good friend! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Peggy was extremely knowledgeable and professional when it came to buying my first home. She was prompt to answer any questions I had always had my best interest in mind. She was very friendly and approachable, and always took the time to explain things in layman's terms to help me understand the process. Peggy Jensen exceeded all expectations. As a first time homeowner, it was a relief to have someone so willing to walk us through every step of the process. She continued to go above and beyond: whether it was setting up last minute viewings or appointments, or sending through late night offers. Her attention to detail and outstanding knowledge of the area and real estate in general helped to take all the stress of the process, so that we could focus on enjoying our new home.
