Woodlawn Dental Centre

Erica is amazing.. I’ve had fear of a dentist my whole life, and she has changed my perspective of a dentist completely. She is so gentle, makes sure ur comfortable, cares if u are in pain, and always there to help. Shes great with adults, and children. My 8 year old also goes to her and wants to go back, and no problem getting her to sit there and get a cavity filled. She is just absolutely amazing and I would recommend her and her office to anyone, no matter the age. She has definitely changed my view on dentists and I’m ever so grateful ❤️

Went in as an emergency with a busted tooth. The dental assistant was amazing, kind and wonderful lady. The dentist was efficient but could have been a little nicer and thorough in his explanation. I found that he was rude.
Overall I decided I won't return due to my experience with Dr Downing. Dental assistant was 5/5 though .

I thought my teeth had no hope until I met Dr Smith. He is professional, patient and responsible. He is a REAL doctor! Also assistant Sara was super nice! Very friendly and efficient staff too. Finally find a clinic I can trust (Had some awful experience before)

Mark (I think his name is) is a great dentist. His assistant is also very great. Went in with a chip out of a filling, he gave a free x-ray and identified a larger problem that could have gotten really bad. He fixed it on the spot. No agonizing and dreading D-day throughout the week. He dealt with it on the spot! He was also punctual and explained everything very clearly. I'll be back for sure.

Finally a dentist I can trust! Dr. Erica Doucet has been great and I will continue to recommend her to family and friends.

To give you an idea, she does root canals in two visits instead of one. This reduces her profit (same dental code used) but decreases the chances of an infection.

Her staff are great, very friendly and professional.
