Including help with where to find the best deal on the cord, as well as a post-install visit to troubleshoot & make sure it was working properly. As we sat there with the power flickering during the storm yesterday we felt much better knowing we were all set if the power did go out. Thanks Tony & Matt for all your help, it was much appreciated!
