My experience with PVG Management has been excellent so far. I have lived in the building they currently manage for eight years and they have been incredible in regards to communication - it is always very quick. They always ensure to inform tenants of any precautions to take if there is a storm coming, and take the time to reach out about anything pertinent. They are also very flexible, understanding and kind people that recognize their tenants are human beings, not just income, which is extremely important these days. They are often willing to make reasonable accommodations for a variety of requests and they are very fair, polite, respesctful and patient. I highly recommend PVG Management.

Peter helped us find a home in 2020 when the market started to go crazy. We started looking in March 2020 and got quickly discouraged due to multiple bid situations. However, Peter's enthusiasm and positive attitude made our journey, not only enjoyable, but fruitful. We found our home and moved in October 2020 and wouldn't have done it without him.

He checked in on us often and was ALWAYS available for questions. As new buyers, we really didn't know much about the process. Peter taught us the lay of the land and was extremely patient with us. I honestly don't think we would have had a better experience.

Peter helped us with navigate the purchase of our dream cottage over the summer. He was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish. He went out of his way (literally given cottage location) on more than one occasion which was so appreciated as we had just welcomed our first child. I would definitely recommend Peter to anyone looking for a realtor.

House hunting in the heart of the pandemic was challenging on many levels: Properties were selling extremely quickly, and there were various health measures to consider. Pete was fabulous through the entire process. He took our unique needs into account, gave us lots of options and counselled us on the best fit. His charisma and positivity raised our spirits when we were exhausted, and through it all, he communicated clearly and often. I highly recommend his service!
