  Went in looking for a fridge. The older lady was not friendly at all. Not interested at all. But we looked around and found something we liked. She made he way over to us when we asked about it. It took some time for her to warm up but once she did she knew her stuff. Yeah she may need to retire from customer service but she would still be useful behind the scenes. That sounds harsh but we all retire at some point. BTW we bought the fridge and it was delivered the next day:))

  Good customer service for the shopper. Some good deals to be had. Great delivery service, they set up my washing machine and dryer.

  a brief hello when we walked in . thats it, no sales pressure. so we went about and not until we stopped and started looking did anyone come over. the old lady was quite knowledgable, kinda silly and super helpful.

  I had similar impressions about the staff as some of the other commentators in this review section. Pretty gruff. But, if you know what you're looking for, then I'd say it still makes sense to check out their prices and selection. They had a dishwasher the bigger guys didn't and it was on sale so I bought it. The customer experience is practically from another planet, but a dishwasher is a dishwasher.
