King Neptune Campground

Beautiful location with a good restaurant across the road and a lobster pound next door

Amazing sunset views! Central location. The owners are very accommodating, stayed open late for us as we were driving from Cape Breton. The sites are quite small and close together – this is by no means a “nature-y” campground in the woods. But it’s nice to be so close to the ocean!

This is a lovely campground, run by some amazing people. We arrived extremely late, due to some unforseen and unavoidable issues. We had not made a previous reservation and they were still very accommodating. The view is very breath taking. We will definitely be back to stay again someday. Thank you for the excellent service.

We had a great time. It is family run and every person I came in contact with was super friendly young and old. We were the farthest from the bathroom but because of this we had a nice privet spot. I should mention that the bathrooms was easy to find in the dark with no flash light!. Great view. Good for kids and pets.

A really great campground. Perfectly spaced so that they aren't wasting space, but your site is also nice and quiet at any hour. Sites are clean and the whole campground is right on the ocean. The location is close enough to Halifax that you can easily enjoy the city for the day before coming back to get lulled to sleep by the ocean in a small fishing village. Highly recommend.
