(March 13, 2019, 8:02 am)Such a cool store! Jay has done an amazing job creating a beautifully laid out nerd-spot. Inside, you'll find a perfect mix of new and previously-loved merchandise, as well as a healthy supply of locally crafted goods. It's so cool that Jay uses his store to showcase and support local talent. And of course, the coolest part of Jay's shop is how hard he's worked (and how successful he has been) in making Cape and Cowl a safe space for marginalized youth, people in the lgbtq2+ community, and a hub of support for literacy.
Always so happy to make the trip to sackville to stop by.

(March 8, 2019, 11:43 pm)Friendly staff, an excellent selection of comics (including some french ones!) and a fantastic display of vintage games, shows and movies. I'll definitely have to come back to fully experience this great little shop. Love the outside decor too. You can really tell this place is run with passion and admiration.
(March 6, 2019, 10:54 pm)A well stocked comic and table-top game shop. Very well organized and clean. Has a dedicated safe space for anyone, trans owned and operated. Has even made accommodations so a couple folks on the autistic spectrum have an easier time gaming there. Top notch.
(February 21, 2019, 12:08 pm)Cape and Cowl is way more than a comic book store. Jay is a great businessman and cares about his community and has surrounded himself with unique commissions of art and crafts, collectibles and hard to find toys as well. Bill takes care of the games side of things with used games, systems and accessories and I always enjoy looking for lost treasures. 10/10 would recommend.
