Dealing with Greg and Chiara was a wonderfully refreshing car buying experience. We had seen their adds on facebook and what drew us to checking them out farther was all the great reviews that were left about them and their way of Business. I can say that we were not let down at all, they lived up to and beyond what the reviews said.

It is uncommon to find a team who dedicate themselves to finding you exactly what you are looking for at a fair price and ensuring that the vehicle you will be getting is one that will be safe and reliable to drive. They listen and they do not try to push a sale on you to their benefit as so many sales people do. They truly wish for you to be happy with your purchase.

The response time was amazing, messages were answered timely, all questions were answered (and there were lots of them) and never did they make us feel like we were wasting time or being a burden.

They put in extra time to ensure that the vehicle we wanted was ready for pick up when we happened to be already headed to the area. We live 2 hours away so this was so greatly appreciated. I have never had that from a dealership, you work with their hours but not with the Kass team they want above and beyond for us.

Even when we got there they wanted to ensure we were 100% happy before even thinking of signing the papers. We were not rushed everything was very smoothly taken care of. We are super happy with our new to us vehicle and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know vehicle shopping.

There’s a lot to say about Kass Auto, they’re very honest, generous, and easy going. Financing is new to me, and with that comes more than enough questions, Chiara was extremely patient and answered all of my questions (sometimes even more than once to reassure I understood). I’ve always been skeptical about used dealerships, however with the previous reviews, honesty and personable experience I had making my purchase, really set a new standard to me on used dealers. If you’re looking into getting a new vehicle I strongly do recommend Kass Auto.
