Classes always involved a lot of well-rounded exercise (I learned so much about exercising/stretching in my time here and it has served me very well since). Self-defense is based on reality and teaches you very effectively. Brenna and Dave are gems - truly great people who care about you reaching your goals and are very welcoming and friendly. No two classes were ever the same and you can't find this variety at your local gym! Thanks guys!

(January 7, 2019, 1:55 pm)My children have been attending Sackville Kung Fu for almost 2 years. My son is very high energy and hates sports, this is the only activity he has ever been in that he actually loves. The instructors are great with the children and work with all their individual needs.
