I am eternally grateful to Krista Ross for her time, patience, and humor in helping me address my many and varied mobility issues, and for continuing to do so, virtually (and voluntarily) while we are unable to work face to face. Also, a huge thank you to Brendan, Courtney, and their team for offering free telehealth to those in need during this uncertain, and financially challenging time.

My massage therapist, Sam, is amazing. She can always find the right spot to release my pain. Her technique is always evolving, it seems like she comes up with a different trick every time. She gives great advice and stretches, too.

AHH offers physiotherapy, and Meghan was such a amazing help to me. She was very kind, full of so much knowledge and even though she is needle happy - she made me feel calm and very well looked after. Her acupuncture treatments changed my body in ways I did not expect! I'm so glad I went. ?
