Excellent service and super drinks. The servers are very knowledgeable and the bartenders take their craft very seriously. Worth every penny.
Still my favorite place for a cocktail on the peninsula. The intimate setting can be a little distracting when it's not busy but when it's full it really feels great. Definitely include it on your list when you're on Agricola.
Had a wonderful night at Compass Distillers. Their drinks and gin are super tasty, and I am not normally a gin gal. I had the Butterfly G&T, and the Beachfront Suite. They also had Venezuelan arepas as a treat from Popitos. The vibe was fun and chill, all of the stuff were super nice and friendly. I highly recommend! Cheers 🍸
As a Gin-lover, came for the gin and had a flight of 4 gins. The Gins were delicious and it was good value for money.
However, sat at the bar but the experience was underwhelming. Was expecting a more enthusiastic introduction to the gin, the botanicals used to make each gin, the story behind them, how the distillers came up with them, etc. However got none of it. The bar server, while efficient and able to fulfil the basic service, wasn't a chatty guy who couldn't keep a conversation going.
As a "ginthusiast", it was a hugely underwhelming experience.
I can’t say enough good things about these guys. This year they produced “Boston Tree Gin” with harvested boughs from this year's Tree for Boston to create a “thank you” gin. Distilled with wheat grown in the County of Annapolis and infused with local botanicals and spruce boughs, this gin celebrates the heart of NovaScotia. One dollar from every bottle sold will be donated to the CNIB Foundation.
