(August 29, 2019, 11:02 pm)This shop is really cool, I highly recommend if you love vintage dresses. She has such a great selection of beautiful vintage dresses. At very reasonable prices. I found a really nice petticoat for $40. Next time I visit Halifax I will come back for sure.

(November 29, 2018, 9:30 pm)When I visited for the first time a few days back I was floored with the amount of quality in the first room, I tried on about 5 dresses then noticed there are two other rooms!! So amazing.
The woman who runs the store, is by far the nicest, easiest person to talk to. She made my visit memorable and I left with my heart feeling happy.
(March 19, 2018, 5:22 pm)Shopping at Penelope's Boutique is an marvelous experience and one I look forward to. There are so many treasures to find and great deals of very gently used closing. For example, I have bought my winter coats there for the past several years and am always getting compliments on them!! The location is easy to get to, tons of parking available and from the moment you enter, the warmth and quality is there for you to see. I am always referring others to this wonderful boutique!!
