  The Staples I visited for my computer repair needs exceeded my expectations in customer service and efficiency. The main tech guy there was very helpful, informative, and friendly. Would definitely recommend Staples tech service for people like me who like tech but don't really understand tech, because these guys know it for us. :)

  The service I received was that of a (former) technician's technician !
  The high level of skill and care relieved me of any concerns that my
  equipment would receive the service and care I would have delivered,
  if I were still an active technician !

  Excellent Service in the computer technical department. We were traveling from out of town in Halifax for a conference. My wife was presenting at a conference when her computer hard drive died. I was greeted in the repair department by technician by the name of Ali who was very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with the computer and had the computer back to us within a day for my wife to be able to continue with her presentation . A++++ recommendation.
