I was lucky to have the best service experience I have ever had with any dealership.
It was on a road trip from Quebec that my old Outback broke down. Without an appointment I was not able to have it repaired at any garage. Tried my luck and call Steele Subaru, and they told me they could let me leave the car there and try to fix it asap. I managed to limp there and they gave me a quick diagnosis. They updated me by the end of the day. They were not able to handle it due to their tight schedule, but I was so thankful that they gave me an update anyway.
The next day another update was sent to me, saying the car was in the repair process (even with a video!). In the afternoon, the car was back to life!
Thank you so much dear guys! You saved my trip! Otherwise I would be forced to be stranded in Halifax for several days (though I do love this place). What's more, their courtesy and professionalism is something that I have never experienced with any dealership before. Two thumbs up!
I purchased my first Subaru a year ago and have been going to them for service since. I have been very impressed with their service department. There was an issue that occurred during my last service and I was very impressed how they corrected the issue and looked after me to ensure I was happy in the end. Thank you, Tyson & Heidi for taking care of the issue. I really appreciate it.
Prior to moving here from another province, I damaged my vehicle and could not pass the safety inspection. Brought it to Subaru and Heidi and her team were thorough in what needed to be done. She helped with the insurance claim and her service guys worked extra to get the car repaired quickly. It took a long time for the car to be ready for pick up (not Subaru's fault at all), but when it was ready for pick up, everyone was satisfied with the outcome. The Service team (Heidi especially) are all great to deal with and I am thankful for their help. Highly recommend them.
Had a great experience there selling back my vehicle. Brad was very helpful and considerate. He did his best making both of us happy, and made the transaction as smooth sailing as possible.
