clean, quiet and managed well, I live for about less than two years. I enjoy living here since it got nice view to the ocean. but it can be noisy if your unit is on bedford hwy, normally the balcony door is v good at decreasing noise but it can also be that i got use to it. the superintend is v cool, easy to live with and he is there when you need him. all all is good to live in.
