I have been teaching and promoting yoga in Atlantic Canada since 1980. My style of yoga is considered to be meditation-in-motion and is simultaneously dynamic and relaxating, rooted mainly in the Kripalu/Amrit Yoga traditions I also direct Atlantic Yoga Teacher Training and have co-founded a Yoga Theatre program.
