(June 26, 2018, 4:20 pm)I was looking for apartment in downtown, my budget was less and i was offered rent excluding heat and electricity. Then i realize that heat and electricity cost me 370$ more apart from rent, i did conplain and the capriet office staff has taken care of it well and get my heat and electricity included
i feel it humble being new immigrant. I would highly recommend the property as it is well maintained and staff is good and close to downtown.
