I am writing this review to appreciate Chang's. I have been in the building since September 2015. There are all kinds of landlords and tenants out there and I heard a lot of stories how tenants complain their landlord but I just want to say my experience with Chang's Property is GREAT. They are not like other landlords who never respond to your issues or just want money, they actually help you out all the time! Maintenance is always being taken care within three days as soon as I bring to their attention. I keep my apartment clean and never had any pest issues.
