The middle eastern man took over and was exceptional. I took his advice and rented a Nissan SUV which was excellent advice. He turned the whole experience around and because of him the review is 5 stars. Thanks for working with me to have an excellent car rental experience.
(June 10, 2019, 4:28 pm)Went there this morning after a previous bad experience. I wanted to give them another shot. They were busy and working hard to get customers into vehicles just after a cruise ship had arrived. Service was fast and both employees were pleasant even though you could tell they may have been a bit overwhelmed with the amount of customers waiting in line.
