Kate recently appraised a house that I'm buying and it was such a pleasure meeting her. I was at the appraisal because I had the key for the home, and I could immediately tell that she was a pro. She picked up on little details, was very familiar with the area, and gave a lot of great feedback. As a real estate agent, I hope any future appraisals for my clients go through Kate.
