My dog had HGE my own vet told me at 9 am that I could not have an appt until 330 He would have possibly died by then I drove to Tantallon and they took us in right away Dr Emily and Dr Heather are amazing I highly recommend

We take our 5 month old puppy there and we would recommend them to anyone - they have always been great especially Dr. Will. I have been to MANY vets with my cat and have not gone back to those vets due to them being very pushy for things not needed. Our first visit with Dr. Will was our puppy's first time to the vet. He told us the needed vaccinations for health and provincial requirements and then gave us other options depending on our life style. When we couldn't decide he gave us reading material to think about it (proving that he is not a pushy vet). When we returned for her next booster he simply asked if we made up our minds.. we chose 1/3 options and he said that was a good decision. He has never pushed their products on us and if he does suggest their products he also suggests the different types/levels of their products along with the prices and differences between them. We have been there 3 times so far (routine) and have never walked out of there with a vet bill over $130.

Another time the pup was constantly gagging to the point it worried us, we called the clinic and they said it was probably grass in her throat but since we were concerned they booked us a appt for 1.5 hours later and said if it stopped just to call the office and cancel. Sure enough it did stop.. they were happy to cancel our appt and again they were not pushy in any way.

Great service by all three different vets I have seen there thus far. My dog gets better health care than I do! Admin staff are great to deal with also.
