My first visit lasted 20 mins. In this short span, I witnessed customer service excellence. Do you want to be acknowledged and listened to? be treated with attention, care and kindness? all while getting a quality service with smiles? This is the place. It's that great! I experienced it, plus, during my visit, I also witnessed the same for other clients being served while I waited. Plus! My boot was fixed before I left their shop! Makes one want to run home, find anything in need of repair just to come back and be exposed to such good will and kindness. If this sounds too good to be true, I am pleased to report it is real, and I have no doubt you'll see it for yourself when you visit their shop. I will definitely keep coming and tell everyone about them given the opportunity. Thank you QSR team!

Overall I must say I am very happy.
I dropped off 2 pairs of heels with specific things to fix. Was told 1week to the day was not and issue. Had asked that one pair be done 100% as they were needed.
Pickup day comes and all was well I thought. One pair was perfectly done!
Sadly the other was not at all.
I sent an email that night with photos. The next morning the manager /owner himself came and picked up said pair, and had them fixed to perfection AND brought them back to me by end of day. He apologized for the mistakes made and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality fix he had done in the end.
Thank you! And I will be sure to return with more pairs to be fixed. Heel nubbies etc.

They are all very friendly and excited to help. The prices are fair and services are quick (usually 2-3 days). I haven't had a complaint about the work they do. This is the only shoe repair shop I go to! Overall, I highly recommend them!

Amazing and fast service!! Dropped off my two favorite (and totally worn) heels off on Friday, and they were ready for pickup on Monday, like new.
Kind service and price was lower than expected.
