Titan Security Halifax

It has taken me some time to try and come up with the words to describe my 2nd family known as Titan Security. I'll try my best though!

Over the past 24 years I have had many, many jobs. Meat processing factories, sandwich making, furniture stores, the list is endless. Around 10 years ago I started working in the field of security. Doing odd contract work but never really feeling appreciated. I always felt "expendable" or like a number. The feeling that if Ieft tomorrow I wouldn't be remembered. It was not a great feeling.

Fast forward to almost 3 years ago. I applied to a company called "Titan Security" and my beliefs of what I considered a "workplace" changed. I have never been treated with more respect and compassion in all of my 24 years of being in the work force. Titan and it's amazing team has been there for me through thick and thin. They treat myself and others with incredible respect and care. I have never worked for a company where I have felt more like part of a family then an expendable number.

During these trying times, Titan has stepped up and taken the reigns to provide incredible service during Covid-19. Providing excellent services for everything from location security to long term care support. All while keeping our employees and people we work with and for, safe.

As I make my way up the ladder, I am now the Static Team Lead for our static sites. and I am proud to call my time with Titan not just a job, but a career. A career I can be proud of. I care immensely for this company and everyone who is a part of it and they make me feel the same.

Here's to continuing to provide absolute top notch security and business in one of the best companies this city has to offer for many more years to come!

I work part time for Titan and really enjoy the work. The other employees are always friendly and professional. Management is always available to answer questions.

Very professional and responsive company. Wages are higher than the other security companies. Very friendly and motivating management team. Working here for the last one year due to these qualities of the company.......
